Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the Pattern51 Context service ("Service") operated by Bytesmix Inc. ("Company").
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
The Service is a demo tool that introduces the Company's AI/AX consulting methodology. It embeds and retrieves your in-house documents and injects them as context to an LLM, providing answers via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Article 3 (Disclaimer of Results)
Search and answer results are for reference only. The Company does not guarantee:
- Accuracy, completeness, or fitness of answers
- Operational or commercial outcomes derived from the answers
- Uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service
Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
- Upload or query content containing personal information, trade secrets, copyrighted material, or other legally protected information
- Use generated results in malicious ways
- Use automated tools to generate abnormal traffic or interfere with Service operation
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
The Service's retrieval/indexing components, UI, and code belong to the Company or original authors. Users may use them only within the scope of Service use. Copyright of uploaded documents remains with the user or original author.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may modify these Terms and will notify users via the Service. Modified Terms take effect from the date of notification.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business as the court of first instance.
